7. Concentrate on Solutions: The fifth attitude for optimism and high performance is solution orientation, in which you think about the solution to the problem most of the time. You think about what can be done and how the problem can be solved instead of what has happened and who is to blame.

8. Dedicate yourself to Lifelong Learning: The sixth attitude of optimistic people is growth orientation. This fact is: Your life gets better only when you get better.

9. Retire ten years early: If you believe in yourself and your future, you will invest in yourself and your abilities. The converse is also true. The more you invest in yourself, the more you will believe in yourself. Each reinforces the other.
