Usually, when Google or Yahoo acquire a company… they shoot for a site that is with the largest community. But not this time, maybe because Jaiku is in it’s own league, where they concentrate on mobile side and better presence.

Nothing confirmed from Google "yet?", but apparently Hindustan News paper mentioned that they witnessed Gmail going offline with Google Gears. If this is true, then I will be guessing this new feature will go live sometime before the end of this year…
