Bill Gates Verdict on Windows: it SUCKS!
Todd Bishop, Seattle P-I reporter, has published a 2003 email from Bill Gates to his Windows developers. The email states Bill’s experience with installing movie-maker from Microsoft.com and how he found that to be mission impossible due to bugs in Microsoft.com site & Windows usability.
But from what it seemed like from the email, that Bill never tried on updating his Windows with patches nor installing something into his Windows. But actually that is not the case, Bill Gates is a type of person who is not lazy nor ignorant. But basically, he can’t help it because Windows is out of hope!
Now, this email is dated 2003, things haven’t changed at all. It’s almost impossible to get things done in comparison to Apple Mac OS (leopard). And this is merely one of the reasons why I gave up on Microsoft and its all products. Even Microsoft Office for Mac is still haunting me with its bugs and usability issues.
It seems like Microsoft developers think they are always right and believe their customers are just happy because they never receive any feedback. That’s true, they never receive any feedback… because the feedback function is not working!
eh, I should kiss good bye to any chance of me working for Microsoft!
p.s. I will update this blog post once I have better experience with Microsoft products
