The New Multiply 3.0 vs. Vox
Here is a nice article regarding the multiply 3.0 site Vs. Vox. Though I do find many differences between them to the point I think they both are in different categories, where you cannot compare between apple and orange.
But anyway, in technical stand point, I do see where multiply can be better than Vox in few areas such as privacy control as well as cross-posting to multiple platforms unlike Vox cross-post to only Sixapart platform, but at the same time Vox has better integration with 3rd parties such as flickr, amazon, and youtube. And not to mention Vox works very well with mobile technology more than “bare-bone” multiply mobile system.
In my conclusion, multiply is moving towards myspace type of structure while Vox is more towards larger web 2.0 community access as well as mainstream users.
